Change E-mail for Lavasoft Support Center

If you have changed your e-mail address and lost your password to the Support Center, please use this simple two-step process to submit your new e-mail address to us and receive a new password. This service is not available for freeware (Ad-Aware 2007 Free or Ad-Aware SE Personal) users.

Note: this will NOT update your e-mail address on any Lavasoft mailing lists (newsletter, press releases, etc). The information is stored on a different system. To make sure you keep receiving up-to-date information from Lavasoft, you must first unsubscribe your old e-mail address and then subscribe your new one on our mailing lists page.
