I cannot perform updates. Error message: Internal error.
After installing Lavasoft Anti-Virus Helix from a commercial CD-ROM, an Internal error may occur during update.
On the last line of the Updater's logfile you can read the error message: "Critical error: cannot find the commapp_dir_av variable"
In order for the Update to work, please download the newest installation file of Lavasoft Anti-Virus Helix from our website and install it again, after you uninstall the older version.
