Two easy ways to renew your license...
Enter your serial number
If you have the serial number of the license you wish to renew, just enter it into the field below and click "E-Mail Renewal Link" to receive an e-mail with your renewal link.
After receiving the e-mail (it should only take a few minutes), please click the renewal link to get to the checkout where you can complete the purchase of your renewal at a 25% discount.
View all your licenses
You can use your Support Center user information, or your MyLavasoft user information, to view a list of all your licenses. After logging in, please select the license you wish to renew and click "Renew".
Troubleshooting
I entered my serial number but didn't get an e-mail.
- The e-mail we have associated with your serial number is most likely one you entered when you originally purchased your license. If you have changed your e-mail address since without updating your information in the Lavasoft Support Center, please request a new password and log in to update your information in order to ensure safe delivery of your renewal link.
- Make sure that you are entering your serial number correctly.
- Check your spam inbox and make sure to add noreply@lavasoft.com to your trusted mail sources in your spam filter.
- If you still don't receive an e-mail, please log in to view a list of your licenses instead.
I can't log in to view a list of my licenses.
If you have trouble logging in, please request a new password.
