An Election between Earth and Global Warming

On December 16th the UN Climate Change Conference will take place in Copenhagen.

Since 2007, Earth Hour has gained worldwide support for positive action against global warming. It all began with 2.2 million people in one city using their light switches to have their say. By March 2009, hundreds of millions of people in over 4,000 cities on 88 countries officially switched off to vote for Earth.

Earth Hour has done a lot to raise awareness of climate change issues. But there is more to it than switching off lights for one hour once a year. It's about giving people a voice on the future of our planet, the chance to send a strong message to our world leaders.

Lavasoft have always supported Earth Hour and we would love you, our users, to do the same! Together we can really make a difference and actively support the efforts of Earth Hour.

Why vote earth?

Quite simply because our future depends on it! It only takes a few minutes to vote, but it could help protect our planet forever. It's your chance to tell the world leaders what kind of a deal you want them to strike at the climate change summit next week.

So what are you waiting for Lavasofters?!

Vote here!
