Customer Support Manager - Lavasoft

Candidate Profile

As the Customer Support Manager you will be directly responsible for the Lavasoft Support Department, the first point of contact for customer issues and appropriate resolution. You will maintain accurate records and reports, and develop a world-class customer service department. As manager, you are responsible for the efficient operation and management of the Lavasoft Support department, ensuring all procedures & work practices are adhered to. This position interacts with all levels of personnel internally as well as with external contacts, requiring the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing. Position performs independently with minimal instruction given on new projects or assignments.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Management Team, contributing knowledge and experience for all operational areas.

Job Description

  • Review and manage team performance.
  • Administration duties as required to ensure daily/weekly performance is achieved.
  • Allocation of all resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Operate according to schedules and deadlines.
  • Communicate and implement changes as directed.

Experience and Skills

You understand the implications of software behavior and how it affects the user and the system. We expect you to be a natural multi-tasker with the communication and writing skills that are necessary.
